His first trip to China was in 1996, for Philips Electronics. Craig is a lawyer, advocate, diplomat & negotiator built on experience at 5 of the world’s greatest businesses: Philips Electronics (NL), Huawei (China), Samsung (S.Korea), Xerox (USA) and Clifford Chance LLP, law firm (UK). Craig was Senior Advisor at Rud Pedersen and Senior Advisor to the International Chamber of Commerce ICC, UK, on innovations to accelerate supply chains digitalisation. The first result was the UK’s NEW Digital Trade Documents Act 2023, a product of 4 years’ work spearheaded by the ICC UK, with Craig as strategic advisor. Craig proposed the idea to ICC UK to advance digital trade and allocated funds from Huawei for the independent research work.
